Our commitment to transparency extends to return costs as well. The responsibility for return costs is determined by the party initiating the return request. In cases where the return is prompted by a change of mind, the buyer shoulders the return costs. Conversely, if the return is necessitated by defects in the item, delivery delays, or even the inadvertent delivery of an incorrect product, the onus lies with the seller to cover the return costs.
Overseas Shipping and Refurbished Items
When it comes to overseas shipping, we want to be upfront about our policy. Regrettably, we cannot provide a guarantee for overseas shipping, particularly for refurbished items. We hold the principle of transparency in high regard and, as such, advise our customers that no warranty or refund will be extended for minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections, such as scratches, marks, or discoloration, are deemed inherent to refurbished items.
Defects and Usage
It’s important to note that the seller cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the unsuitable or improper use of the purchased product by the customer or third parties. Factors such as fair wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, and improper handling are not within the purview of the seller’s liability. This also extends to factors such as improper maintenance, excessive loads, inadequate operating materials, or even the use of unsuitable replacement materials. It’s essential for customers and third parties to adhere to the instructions provided by Beztronics, whether these are conveyed orally or in written form. Misuse, unauthorized alterations, or repairs without the approval of Beztronics are areas outside the scope of our responsibility.
Mitigation of Shipment Delays and Mismatched Features
While we strive for prompt shipments and accurate item features, unforeseen delays and discrepancies may occur. It’s important to recognize that Beztronics cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to delayed shipments or disparities between expected and actual item features. In the event of a refund, the amount refunded will be capped at the cost price of the item.
