You acknowledge and consent that both domestic and international shipment of any packages submitted to Beztronics through the Website will be subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability outlined in the relevant terms and conditions. These terms are hereby incorporated into and made a part of these overarching Terms and Conditions.

Receipt of Services
We are committed to faithfully receiving packages addressed to your Beztronics location. Once received, we will promptly notify you, furnish you with the actual costs of duties, taxes, and international shipping/handling, and await your instructions on shipping or storing the packages. We do not accept parcels or packages sent on a Cash On Delivery (COD) basis. You, as the authorized individual, are solely authorized to settle payment and retrieve the shipment, even if the packages are designated for your friends or family members. Please note that the delivery address must align with the country where you are currently situated; it is not permissible to forward packages to individuals in other countries. Furthermore, payments must be made using a card or payment method issued within the same country as your location.
Loss or Damage to Products
Please be aware that Beztronics will not assume liability for products that are lost or damaged during transit from the merchant to any of the Beztronics facilities. We reserve the right to reject delivery if a product appears visibly damaged or incomplete upon external inspection of the package. In such instances, the product will be returned to the sender, and you will be duly informed.
Package Inspection
Beztronics retains the right to open and examine any package, or portions thereof, for security purposes, and to verify adherence to export and import regulations. This may be done upon receipt, during storage, or while preparing for export shipment. This inspection may involve confirming the product description and other information provided by you. This is carried out without prior notice and without assuming any liability towards you. It is important to note that our responsibility does not extend to inspecting packages for concealed damage or breakage, and we cannot be held accountable for the accuracy of product descriptions and other information provided by you. Should discrepancies arise where the content description or other information provided by you is found to be inaccurate, we may request additional documentation or details about the contents and their value. Depending on the specific situation, we may opt to refuse shipment, notify you, or rectify the information.
No Mail Acceptance
Our processing is exclusively limited to packages and envelopes containing purchased items. We do not function as a mail forwarding agency, and we do not possess the capability to ship documents or other forms of mail to you. Any mail or packages addressed to you that do not contain valuable items will be disposed of. It is not permissible to utilize your Beztronics address for purposes other than receiving packages containing products that you have ordered from merchants. Any use of your Beztronics address for contacting entities or establishments is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
Unidentified Recipients
In certain instances, we may receive packages where the intended recipient cannot be identified, possibly due to missing or inaccurate customer name and/or suite address details. If you encounter an unusual delay in receiving a package notification from Beztronics and you are expecting a specific product, we urge you to contact our Customer Service. This will allow us to investigate unidentified packages and determine if your package is among them. Please be aware that identifying the recipient may entail additional handling fees if the package was incorrectly or inadequately addressed.
Unidentified Package Ownership
Goods that arrive at our facility without a discernible owner (despite reasonable investigative efforts) will be retained for a period of 90 days. Should these goods remain unclaimed after the 90-day period, Beztronics will have the authority to dispose of them in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Terms of Shipment
When you initiate the shipment of packages and settle the specified total cost on the Website, as well as any country-specific customs or import fees, handling charges, and storage costs (which may differ from the estimate provided by the Shipping Cost Calculator), Beztronics will coordinate the international shipment to any serviceable country listed on our website. The packages will be dispatched to the delivery address of your specification. Please be advised that Beztronics reserves the right to combine, merge, split, or alter the packaging of your merchandise based on country-specific regulations, airline safety considerations, or for the sake of facilitating international shipping convenience. By utilizing our services, you grant us the authorization to make necessary packing arrangements for your parcels in order to optimize their delivery to your international address.
Customs and Duty Charges
For certain destination countries, Beztronics may pre-calculate and levy customs and duty charges through our dedicated EDI (electronic data interchange) integration. However, for all other destination countries, you may be subject to customs and duty charges imposed by local authorities or the local delivery company.
Import and Export Terms
By selecting our services, you appoint Beztronics as your agent to oversee all export, import, and customs clearance procedures. Our role is to ensure proper payment of customs duties and taxes to the respective customs and tax authorities. It is important to note that our performance of these functions is reliant upon the accuracy of the information you provide. As such, Beztronics will not assume responsibility or liability for any additional duties or taxes that may be assessed due to inaccuracies or errors in the information you furnish.
Content Descriptions
To adhere to export and import laws, it is imperative to provide an accurate description of your package’s contents and its value. In order to minimize errors, we may periodically request a copy of the merchant’s invoice or order confirmation to validate the price paid for your goods. However, the correctness and accuracy of all information concerning the contents of your package and its value are your sole responsibility. You agree to indemnify Beztronics and hold us harmless from any liability arising from under-declaration of value or other misrepresentations on your part. It is important to acknowledge:
Inspections
a. Export and import authorities retain the prerogative to inspect packages at any juncture. Packages with inaccurate product descriptions or undervalued amounts may be subject to delay by Customs authorities, who may dispute and rectify the declaration. Consequently, you may be required to pay additional duty, fines, or penalties.
Disputes
b. Assuming that accurate information for the customs declaration has been provided and there is no dispute regarding the value, the amount of tax and duty levied by your country’s Customs authority may deviate from the amount paid to us. This variance may arise due to various reasons, such as differing customs codes assigned by the local Customs authority, changes in currency exchange rates between the time of calculation and payment, or a discrepancy in the calculation formula employed by Customs. In the event of such discrepancies, no refunds or additional charges will be administered, as this would entail administrative efforts and costs.
Shipping Cost Estimates
The international shipping and handling charges provided by our Shipping Cost Calculator serve as approximations. The final shipping charges can only be determined once we receive the package at your Beztronics address.
Responsibility for Actual Charges
It is your responsibility to cover all actual international shipping and handling charges, even if they deviate from the original estimated cost.
Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight
For bulky yet lightweight packages, volumetric weight may apply. This weight is calculated by multiplying the height, width, and length in inches and dividing by the current divider ratio stipulated on the shipping page.
Clearance and Additional Fees
Your ultimate cost encompasses country-specific government-mandated clearance fees, in addition to duty, tax, shipping, and any applicable fuel surcharges.
